What services do you offer?
We offer a range of allied health services to support your child’s development, including:
Do I need a referral to access your services?
No referral is needed! You can contact us directly to get started. However, if you’re using a Medicare plan (like a Chronic Disease Management Plan), you will need a GP referral.
Do you work with NDIS participants?
Yes — we are a registered NDIS provider and can support NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed clients.
Do you see children at home, school, or childcare?
Yes! We offer sessions at our clinic as well as in homes, schools, childcare, and community settings — depending on your child’s needs and goals.
How do I get started with services?
It’s simple! Just contact our team, and we’ll walk you through the process. We’ll ask a few questions about your child and match you with the right therapist. You can also join our waitlist if we don’t have immediate availability.

How often will my child need therapy?
This varies for each child. Some families attend weekly sessions, others fortnightly or as needed. We’ll work with you to develop a plan that fits your child’s goals and your family’s routine.
Can I sit in on my child’s sessions?
Absolutely. We welcome and encourage parent involvement, especially in early sessions. You’re a key part of your child’s progress.
What if I miss a session?
We understand things happen! Just let us know as early as possible. We have a cancellation policy, which we’ll explain when you book your first session, or you can check out our Policies section.
Do you provide reports or assessments?
Yes — we can provide detailed assessments and written reports for NDIS, schools, kindergartens, or medical providers upon request.
